![]() In Episode 29, how did the demon that fought Kurama know he was going to fight Kurama? It's not like had to go next, right? Frankly, I don't see how he could predict it.The only other time the series brings up the idea of having a destined time to die was at the end of the manga, where it was stated that people that died of natural causes couldn't be brought back because it was their time to go. Additionally, there was some Early-Installment Weirdness about it not being Yusuke's time to die yet, because he was never expected to save that little boy.Besides, he said it himself that he needed someone who wouldn't think too much. Genkai was already trustworthy, and he used the Maffuken to bring her back, but never told Yusuke. The ordeal was meant to test Yusuke to see if he was worthy enough to be brought back to life as well as becoming spirit detective permanently. Is there a reason why Genkai couldn't go through the "golden egg" ordeal like Yusuke?.Also, with the demon blood awakened in Yusuke, he was more tempered than ever before to fight. ![]() He knew that they would be trapped in Itsuki's dimension unless Kuwabara awakened his Dimension Sword, so he wanted them to escape by making sure his own death meant something to that end. Yusuke never claimed he wanted his friends to fight Sensui. When Yusuke decided to let Sensui kill him in order to awaken the true powers of Hiei, Kurama, and Kuwabara, why did Yusuke suddenly act like they were taking away his fight when he met them again in Demon World?.
